About Our Broths
What makes your broths different?
Our broths are slow-simmered in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients — no MSG, preservatives, or artificial flavouring. Each pack is flash-frozen to lock in nutrients and taste, so you get the freshest broth every time.

We currently offer:

Are your broths ready to drink?
Yes! Simply heat up, use them as a soup base for noodles, porridge, hotpot, or other recipes.
Are your broths halal?
While we are not halal certified, we assure you that all our products are made with no pork and no lard.
Do your broths contain MSG or preservatives?
No, all our broths are 100% natural — only wholesome ingredients.
Serving & Usage
How do I prepare the broth?
Simply thaw the 250 ml frozen pack, pour it into a pot, add water (750 ml or to taste), bring to a boil, and add your favourite ingredients. Cooking time is usually 10–15 minutes.
Can I microwave the broth?
We recommend stovetop heating for best flavour, but if you’re in a rush, you can heat it in a microwave-safe container until piping hot.
How many people does each pack serve?
250ml concentrated add in 750 ml to 1 litre serves 3-4 pax.
Can I give the broth to toddlers or the elderly?
Yes! Our broths are gentle on the stomach and suitable for all ages. For toddlers, you can dilute it further if needed.
Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store the broth?
Keep it frozen at -18 degrees until you’re ready to use.
How long can the broth be kept?
Up to 1 year if kept frozen. Once thawed, consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
12. Can I store the broth in the fridge instead of the freezer?
Yes, but only for up to 2 days. For long-term storage, keep it frozen.
Delivery & Subscription
How is the broth delivered?
We deliver frozen packs in insulated packaging to keep them cold during transport.
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes, we deliver islandwide (excluding Tuas and Jurong Island). Enjoy FREE delivery when you’re a broth subscriber.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! Write to us ask.kampongbasket@gmail.com or WhatsApp 88572061 and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes! We have 1-month, 3-month and 6-month subscription options.
Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?
Yes, simply contact us at least 7 working days before your scheduled delivery to make changes.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow and credit/debit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order. Delivery minimums may apply.

Can I buy your broth as a gift?
Absolutely! Please write to us, we can include a personalised note upon request.
Do you sell in bulk for events or restaurants?
