Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver islandwide within Singapore (excluding Tuas and Jurong Island)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered on selected delivery days, depending on your location and order volume.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery time slots may be provided where available and will be communicated via email or SMS.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window, as our products are frozen and temperature-sensitive.

Frozen & Temperature-Controlled Delivery
All frozen soup bases and ready meals are delivered using temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product quality.

Products should be transferred to your freezer immediately upon receipt.

We are not responsible for product quality if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or no recipient available.
Order Processing
